RICH WA$$ER, Auctioneers was started in 1970. Since that time, the company has continuously performed auctions and liquidations. The first deal in 1970 was a liquidation of a flooring company, and since then, there have been many other auctions and liquidations. Examples of these include a chain of women's clothing stores in Southern California, Florida, and Alaska that were liquidated and then auctioned and the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, where we performed over 50 auctions to close it down.
