Escrow will be 30 days.

Buyer and seller to pay their portions of escrow fees and title insurance.

A 5% buyer premium will be added to high bid.

Cooperation with real estate agents of 2%. Agent must register by fax (310) 541-6260 at least 24 hours before auction. Registration to include: real estate company name, agent name, and buyer name(agent & buyer need to sign).  Agent can have more than one buyer. Commission will be paid through escrow, at close of escrow.
