Approximate Market inventory $150,000. 

Approximate 99 cent store inventory $75,000.

The Taco stand pays $1,000. per week. The Tortilla Factory pays $825 per week. Have been there 8 years. No lease, but  believe they would like to stay.

$100,000. cashier check in order to bid. This will be non refundable if buyer does not perform or does not close escrow within 30 days. We understand that the liquor license may take longer and will make adjustments on escrow time but only for the liquor license. There will be no contingencies of any kind regarding getting loans, not being able to get liquor license, etc

Inspection: Monday Sept. 29 and Tues. Sept 30 from 10AM to 3PM and morning of auction Oct. 1 from 9AM to start of auction at 10AM

Bulk bid is subject to approval.

There will be a 5% buyer premium added to the high bid.

Property is in Notice of Default.

Cooperation with real estate agents of 2%. Agent must register by fax (310) 541-6260 at least 24 hours before auction. Registration to include: real estate company name, agent name, and buyer name(agent & buyer need to sign).  Agent can have more than one buyer. Commission will be paid through escrow, at close of escrow.
